Project Description:

For this renovation project, we elevated the style of our client’s foyer and powder room. The original tile flooring in the foyer and powder room was replaced with new Brazilian Cherry hardwood, which had to be custom woven into the existing dining room flooring so that there were no transitions. All areas were then sanded, stained, and clear coated to match the rest of the floors throughout the first floor. The powder room was completely renovated into a space of elegance and details. Combining some wonderful floral print wallpaper with an equally distinctive vanity that we custom designed, built, and painted, the space is now more a jewel box than a simple powder room. Project Cost: $30,000 – $50,000

Design Details:

• Removed existing tile in the foyer and powder room.
• Added Brazilian Cherry flooring throughout the foyer and powder room that we matched to the existing cherry flooring in the dining room.
• Designed and built a custom vanity for the powder room.
• Installed wallpaper, granite countertop, fixtures, chandelier, and crown moldings.
